TURBAN SCULPTURE WITH PRONOUNCED AND DISTINCTIVE DESIGN

A project undertaken during my Space Studio course at WSU. 

A turban sculpture with a pronounced and distinctive design. As a customary headdress worn by numerous cultures, it holds diverse symbolic meanings depending on the cultural context it represents. 

I constructed a makeshift frame using strips of newspaper, interwoven and subsequently secured into a cohesive structure.
